Terms of Service

Welcome to ShortsStudio ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

ShortsStudio is an AI tool that downloads videos you provide by link, transcribes them, detects highlights, edits vertical clips, and can publish them to a YouTube channel you connect. Output quality is not guaranteed and depends on the source material.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Content and copyright — important

You are solely responsible for the links and files you process and for anything you publish. You represent that you have the rights, licenses, or permissions needed to download, edit, and re-upload the material. Do not use the Service to infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights. We are a tool provider and do not grant you any rights to third-party content. We respond to valid takedown requests and may remove content or terminate repeat infringers.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal content, hate, harassment, CSAM, or content that violates a platform's rules.
No attempts to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
No reselling access without our written permission.

5. Plans, payments, refunds

Paid plans grant a monthly number of "runs" (one processed link = one run) and features as described on the Pricing page. Payments are made via the methods shown at checkout (cryptocurrency and/or card). Because the Service delivers digital results immediately, paid runs are generally non-refundable once used. If a run fails due to our error, the run is returned to your balance automatically. For billing issues, contact support.

6. YouTube

If you connect a YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can disconnect your channel at any time in the app.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific results, virality, or that any download will succeed (third-party platforms may block access).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or where required by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
